Air/oil leak

Hi guys,

I just saw that the top part of my Yeti 1.2L tsi engine is oily. Felt around with my finger and found a hole in the block where oily air comes out, just below this elongated black plastic part (see photos, just right to the other plastic with "TSI" printed on it).

I guess it should have sone hose which is missing. Any idea what and why?
