Can someone please offer some advice assistance. 

The Bluetooth function will no longer connect to a phone and also when doing a reset on the radio the Bluetooth  does not reset to factory settings . 

 

is there anything i can do or can you recommend someone who can fix this ? T

 

The radio is a RNS 315 which worked fine for 8 months after retrofitting .
