New Yeti

Featured Replies

Hello, I have had my Silver pre-reg 17 plate Yeti for two weeks now. I am very happy with it. I traded in a Golf Estate 1.4tsi se dsg for it.

I found the visibility from the Golf very poor, with its shallow, steeply raked windscreen and an interior mirror that I had to constantly keek round. That and the steeply sloping bonnet gave me parking nightmares

The Yeti has superb visibility, and the se drive gives me front and rear parking sensors, so no worries there.

The Yeti has a great sit-up-and-beg attitude, a happy disposition, and just loves the minor A and B roads where it will see the most use. Not that I'm one for attributing human or canine emotions to machinery, usually.

Before the Golf I had a Subaru Forester xt for many years. The Yeti, with it's two wheel drive, will never quite replace it, but it should work out far cheaper to keep in fuel and VED.

The only real compromise with the Yeti is the slightly smaller boot than I am used to, but I can live with that. I think. Silver wouldn't have been my first choice for colour, but it wouldn't have been my last either.

I am looking forward to my (hopefully long) time with my Yeti.

I thought my vehicle details would have shown. Yeti Outdoor 1.2tsi se drive dsg, spare wheel, dealer fit detachable tow bar.
