Back left bottom light (what is it?)

Featured Replies

I've had some electrical problems lately and due to installing something some bulbs blew.

The back right bottom light is a fog light. I can't get the back left matching light to come on though. What is it? A fog light or a reversing light or something?

Cheers

Theres only 1 fog light on the rear of the car?

Forgive my ignorance but it's my first car.

I'm trying to find a diagram of what all the lights are for so I can make sure none are blown, this particular light on the left matching the right one is one I can't figure out.

Got a picture?

Turn your cars lights on, hazards on, and rear fog, then get someone to sit in the car and put it in reverse while holding the break. You will have all rear lights on then. I usually test my rear bulbs using my garage door as a reflection.

Nothing beats buying a Haynes book for your car, especially as it is your first car, that should help answer most questions.

Edit:- I'll retract that as I thought this was a MK1  thread!

Another Edit:- another change of plan, there does seem to be a Haynes book for that version of Fabia - go buy one!
