Try looking for boost leaks, I killed two turbos in 5 months because of it.

Cheers. Can you remember where tbe boost leak was that caused that?

On the intercooler. It quite common for the plastic ducting to rub and make holes in the intercooler which can't be seen unless you take the bumper off.
