You're a bit new aren't you, and you're also EXTREMELY spiky and I have no idea why. Bon voyage. 

Try looking for boost leaks, I killed two turbos in 5 months because of it.

On the intercooler. It quite common for the plastic ducting to rub and make holes in the intercooler which can't be seen unless you take the bumper off.
