Heres the latest re heated windscreen, it looks like its to be the wired version, not the copper conductive wireless type. Ah well.... Thats ok.

 

In response to your query, the ŠKODA KAROQ heated windscreen is not wireless and we have no information from the factory on whether the wireless heated windscreen will be used on the KAROQ in the future.

Why is it that one part of Skoda [factory] cannot tell another part of Skoda [UK] what they plan to do

Is it just me who thinks the lack of communication is pathetic.

In order to design, refine and then manufacture a new vehicle (even if based on other's main parts bins) I think takes a lot of able people who communicate to each other.  And then you hear stories like this about mis communication and I wonder if I don't give the company far more credit than it is due.

I can only agree. Does seem inept. Almost like there is no plan - making it up as they go along. Hope our faith in this product is justified!
