hey guys, my license plate lights aren't working, i replaced the old w5w bulbs with newer ones but the lights still doesn't work. Could it be a wiring issue or just a simple blown fuse? thanks in advance! 

Could be either. Could also be corrosion in the bulb holder or if the new bulbs are LED they might be fitted the wrong way round.
