Know how you feel mate ordered mine on 20th July now have an unconfirmed build week of (46) week beginning 12 November delivery sometime December it is unconfirmed so not definite will wait till next week to get an update definitely wouldn’t b recommending Skoda to friends or family 

It is the VW group in general as they totally f...... Up the WLT whatever test. Other manufacturers have had problems it just seems that VW did the least preparation.

I’ve been offered a 1.5tsi sel with delivery mileage for £23k by my local dealer. Is this a good deal?

Clarification

It's only a good deal if it's the spec you want . For me it has to be DSG 

 

If it is what you want and it's list less 10% less £1500 finance less £300 for 2 services it is OK

 

 

It’s 23k for cash. Not my first choice as I wanted sportline but can’t wait months as my pcp ends 1st December

Is this Skoda John Clark Dundee with this offer.  Sounds rather a good deal. 

They want £26,490 for a 2018 1.5 TSI SE L with more than delivery miles.

 

The RRP on a new one in their offer shows at just less than £24,300. So £23,000 sounds about right.

My 1.5 TSI is on way to port of exit. Order date 24th August with 5 options. Retailer had stated normally ready for handover 3 weeks later.

Mine is still sitting in UK Port, arrived on the 25th. Skoda says it can sit there for up to 2 weeks. It's so agonisingly close now.  

This was my second date to collect motability now changed my date to 7th nov for collection was originally last thurs then today now next wed due to motability payment changes 

It has been at dealers ready for collection for ten days now

Hi Iceylady! Mine is still at Grimsby since arriving there on 6 days ago. According to Live Chat it can take 10-14 days to arrive at the dealership after arriving at the UK port.

Been advised my delivery date is the 5th of November. Not long now!

Yay! My car has arrived at the dealership!

Yay! I have to check mine, It was still in Sheerness yesterday morning.

Now got a confirmed build of this week so hopefully things are looking up.

Weird thing was Live Chat said it was still in Grimsby when I spoke to them in the morning and then in the afternoon I got the email from the salesperson to say it was with him 6 days after arriving at Grimsby!

Great that yours has also arrived and if you give the dealer a call I am sure that they will give you a date for handover while you’re on the phone! I could have had mine next Weds but nhave a hospital appt so just one extra day to wait!!

Ours is due at the dealers today! We ordered ours on 11(ish) June. We were told a month ago to expect it in December.

Is it a diesel or petrol. Mine was ordered end of August now awaiting a ship to UK petrol 1.5 TSI sel also with virtual cockpit which was only released mid September.
