Note they don't fit center caps until pdi, hope mine comes shod in michelin as don't want Bridgestone

Not long now! I’m puzzled as to why you placed your order 2 months before I placed mine yet mine arrived at the dealership around the same time as yours arrived at your dealership.

Yes I have wondered about that. They initially said December so technically it’s a month earlier than we expected, but still somewhat strange.

My dealership said end of October and it did actually arrive there on the 30th October so that was an accurate estimate!!

Yes I was very pleased to see the Michelins. My 2016 Yeti came in Good Years. 

Mine came with Pirelli Cinturato P7s in May. Goodness knows how they chose which for what models? Possibly 19inch wheels on an Edition?

Mine came with Michelin Primacy 3's, 18" wheels

It's getting delivered to the house then. They did ask the earliest they could deliver and I did tell them the earlier the better!

To my surprise I was informed that the car had been built, left the factory on the 24/10/18 and is now on the way to Emden.

An update - I was informed on Monday that my car had arrived in Ebden, and it would take 7-10 days to be assigned a ship.

 

Ankther great surprise - I was informed today the car had arrived in Grimsby yesterday and had been released for transportation that morning.  Eight days from the factory to Grimsby is not bad!

 

Perhaps the cars cars are moving now!!

I had to pop over to the dealership over the weekend and my sales rep let me have a sneaky preview of my SE L. It was already in the garage ready to be prepped for handover but was still 'in the plastic' so to speak so I couldn't go inside. I did open all the doors though...

Oh absolutely, I'm so annoyed that I can't get it sooner as I can only collect on a weekend. Just twiddling my thumbs now.  You have to post some pics of yours! 

You British are lucky guys. I am from Slovenia and I ordered my Karoq 1.5 TSI DSG with 5 extras on 19th of march 2018,  planned delivery period is at the end of December or early January 2019.

For interest - the same (poor) delivery situation is also here in the Czech Republic. But i'm lucky guy. I managed to take over canceled order of another customer, two weeks ago, with a suitable specification...

So i'm expecting delivery by the end of November - Karoq 1,5 TSI DSG Style / Black Magic / Package Style Plus / Package Comfort / Virtual Cockpit / Travel assist / Heated windscreen / Tow bar / BRAGA wheels.

 

Anyone else's car waiting at port of exit to come to the UK?
