Hi new got a nice story about my car

Hi everyone, been using this forum for a long time for info to help my dad but now ive been given my dads old Fabia VRS MK1 so i thought it would joined share my little fabias story on here

 he purchased the car in 04/5 brand new from briketon skoda for £6k and a low milage citron xzara picasso auto which was my late grandads last car which they must have valued at 6K somehow!

 i remember the day he picked it up i being quite young was amazed my dad had got such a sporty car i loved it white/black "bucket seats" big EXHAUST !!! body kit looked amazing then we went for the first spin (without my mum in car ) wow the torque was like nothin he had driven before having golf GTIs and TDI cars in past this thing was a rocket  he had 125+ out of it and was amazed! i remember him saying it kinda sat down after bout 90/100 mph and felt confidence inspiring at speed  

anyway as the years went on the car got driven to his work and back about 2 miles each way for last 14ish years about served him well spent roughly 300 quid year on it on maintenance for mots driven like a grandad anyway after many years of telling my dad id buy it off him /dont sell to dealers he hung on to it for as long as my mum would let him drive around in a "Old car" and the Diesel hating going on atm eventually it was trade it in on scrappage scheme or give it me so he gave it me with 49K on the clock !!!!!!!!! I've had it a few months now and well its been eventful 

I've put same mileage he would do in a year in 2 months on 51K now. At 50kmiles giving it some down snakes pass bang no power puff of smoke anyway turbo had blown badly blocking inlet and wouldn't run at all.

so off to dark side it went just went for a PD150 turbo and FMIC hard piped oil and remapped this thing is a best to drive torque is amazing 320ftlb of it. took my dad out in it he was blown away very little smoke if any and ****ed all over his brand new focus 150ps petrol turbo eco thing. 

i have been waiting for this car of a long time now and just enjoying driving this car atm but deffo needs big brake upgrade think ill be keeping this car for a longggggg time. just like all my other vehicles i get very attached to them.
