Just noticed that my Superb Mk3 SEL Executive can't open or shut the door windows from the key fob like my previous Mk1 & 2 Superbs could do.

 

Is this something that can be switched on via software?

Could it possibly be related to the rain sensor setting?

That can certainly be coded and I believe OBDEleven has an app for it on the Superb III MY2017. My MY2017 L&K already has it.

Try looking at:

 

Car > Settings > opening and closing > (Window operation) Convenience opening:

 

’All windows’ needs to be selected (if available)

Mine certainly does it so must be selectable within the normal menus and should not require vcds or similar to make work.

Checked the: -

All already selected but windows still don't open with a prolonged hold on the unlock button or don't shut when holding lock button.

 

I will try my other keys, (came with 3 sets), tomorrow or later today :-)

Does the sunroof close this way at the sam time? I heard that it doesn't so might need to be careful

 

Hi all, I have had a play and re-read the manual and could not still open or close the windows using the key fob.

 

I decided to reset the Driver 1 personalisation to factory defaults and set up Driver 1 to the key I was using and now the windows open & close on the key fob.

Hi Tony, my car hasn't got a sunroof fitted so can't comment on this.

My sunroof closes if I press and hold the lock button on the key.

I didn't realise this, but mine only tilts too.
