Missus is gonna kill me as it's her car but I've gone onto vagcom to see if I can activate any turning/cornering light and found these to be unticked it altered the code from 20 to 02 so I copied the full code and pasted it and pressed do it .

It said code accepted .but I stared the car up and turned the steering wheel .and no cornering light .now I've got the parking lights illuminated when the switch is on zero all the time and my full central locking doesn't work including the inside button .I've no idea what to do next ....

I've been back into central electronic on vag and selected to until what I had ticked but to my amazement there already unticked I'm totally stumped I just need the original long code I think

i did a scan but didnt save the log  doh!!! schoolboy error , its very strange that altering somthing on the fog lights and its made the complete central locking to pack up and the parking light to work all the time apart from when the engine is off

First thing would be update to the latest version, then rescan.

i cant update it for some reason , the seller told me not to or it wouldnt work?

just an update ive lost electric windows , heated mirrors , remote locking and ive got a brake light fault , shes gonna kill me lol

You should consider buying a genuine tool.

Dunno it looks real . .it was £100 Its got all the rosstech markings on it 

Pop over and register on Ross Tech Forum and ask them to verify it. I doubt you'd get a genuine one for £100 though.
