Hi All

I have a 2005 Skoda Fabia 1 - 1.2 Classic.

When I purchased the car I only received one key with it.

I have had another key cut so I can open the doors, however the key code provided with the key didn't work.

I do not have the original key code in the documentation which came with the car.

Does anyone know if there's a way of extracting the key code from VCDS, also how do you code in the new key with the code.

There is a program called VAGtacho which will read the immob code from your cluster. Then you can code the key using VCDS once armed with the code.

I'm thinking of investing in VAGtacho. 290 euros though!

vagnostics - I see your in Lincolnshire, I will have to visit Lincolnshire at some point this year - as coding the key in isn't a priority, is extracting the key code and coding a new key somehting you could assist with ??
