Mark 3 Fabia - Stereo/System freezes after phone call

Hello, has anyone had any issues with the in car system freezing after receiving a phone call?

This has happened a few times where when listening to the radio I receive a call, then after hanging up the stereo will not work. This only clears once the car has been switched off for a few minutes. 

I’ve also had issues with the stereo freezing entirely and will not turn off!

Anyone else having/had the same issues?

Brand new car, 18 plate.
