Where's the review?

He's so amazed, he's speechless:rofl:

So @thesteelgrey tell us about your car.

Your likes, dislikes, the mods you are planning, how it copes with Indian roads, whether it has the rough road package etc.

Having been to Mumbai twice in recent years, I’d be interested to hear your thoughts!

Mods are secret as if now , and waiting for the first service of my car . Till then i'm just collecting car parts.

Few parts have already arrived.

I live in Delhi , India. Roads are good enough here, you run the lowered cars in delhi but out of delhi would be a headache to run a lowered / slammed car because of potholes , speed breakers and bad road conditions.

He was busy asking me how to install the virtual cockpit and my answer was similar to his review!

Too hot here in the UK to enjoy having my electric sunroof open like your car. It was 28.5 degrees C yesterday so had the climate set to 17 degrees whilst managing 47.2MPG.B)

4500kms Completed so far.

Beautiful experience. The steering is soft and smooth . Flat bottom steering , Sport seats , Active and fast interface , Touchscreen MMI , Skoda One App , Large Boot Space , 230 Horses , Powerful and Efficient 2.0 TSI engine etc. everything in this car feels special

Changed my tyres from ****ty Hankooks ( standard ) to Michelin PS4 225 / 45 / R17

Underbody damage experienced on the outskirts of Delhi - Manesar , Bhiwadi .

Big speed breakers , Deep potholes.

After that i increased the tyre pressure from 31 psi to 34 psi - Situation improved.

This is probably our second hottest summer since 1976 which I remember because I am so old. What is the octane like on petrol in India? In the UK standard unleaded is 95 octane whereas Super varies from 97 to 99. In the USA it's as low as 91 octane.:o

88 is Regular here which is worst over here .

Power / Speed - 91

Speed 97 - 95  (Actual Value)

Power 99 - 97 (Actual Value) (Sadly! we have only 1 pump available in delhi).

I'm using Power 99 since day one

But octane ratings in the USA are quoted as the average of MON and RON, which means they are approximately 5 points lower than octane ratings quoted in the EU which are RON values.

So US 91 octane = EU 96 octane.

They can't measure a gallon properly as well as US gallon is less fuel than UK gallon!:notme:Must have had a BRAIN fade on the octane rating.
