Thought this might be useful.

 

Just back from an Italy trip. Hire car but no info on source options. Wanted to take our car's SD card (with new italian playlists) but no idea whether the car would have an SD card slot.

 

Thinking most cars would have a USB socket at least, bought this, £9.50, free delivery. Turned out the AR Giulietta only has a USB socket. 

 

Worked a treat. Card contents appeared on the Alfa's screen just the same as on our karoq SE.

 

Thought it might be useful for this sort of situation, or for Karoq owners wanting the equivalent of another SD card slot.
