Improve sharpness of Android Auto display on Columbus

For those that haven't seen it, there is a tip here to improve the display of Android Auto on the Columbus head unit (not sure if it helps on other units):

tried this yesterday and it certainly improves the clarity of the display. Can't comment on it being 1080p but it's certainly better than it was before.

Who those who are using Samsung mobile with Android 9 Pie, automatic night mode won`t work in Android Auto.

You have to manually switch "night mode" on phone or set up an automatic schedule.
