Fuse 21 is for turn signal lights (left and right) and reverse lights.

There is a short circuit in the tail lamps, probably from corrosion.

1) Disconnect negative battery terminal.

2) Remove both tail lamps. Disconnect both connectors.

3) Inspect visually the connectors, the support for the bulbs, and the bulbs.

4) Use an ohmmeter to test for short circuit.

I'il take a photo and upload it tomorrow.

but

my problem repeated today

reversing light OK but right signal error persists

I'il take care of the car tomorrow

You'll have to explain exactly what problem you found and what you did in the front of the car. Otherwise it will be difficult to guide you further.

So what was the cause for fuse 21 burning repeatedly? Previous superficial repairs and poor insulation of the wiring?

I have assumed that you know about bad wiring made by previous owners or by you before asking for help in here.

When something weird happens to electrical system, most often is due to an intervention to original wiring. If there are no such previous interventions, next on the list are problems from moisture, corrosion, dirt, and exposed wiring from heat or cuts.

You have a point!

I'm guessing

the previous owner of the vehicle amateurically intervened in the power line,

my car have non-orginal alarm system installation,

therefore errors may occur.

I'il test it again tomorrow

Well, that could certainly cause electrical problems. I would suggest removing this non-original alarm system.

Also, on your English, the only thing that doesn't show up as a typographic error in the above is "amateurically". There's actually no such word, but it's entirely clear that you mean "in the manner of an amateur" so no worries.

I will remove the dashboard to check the cables

Let me check if I understand this correctly. You say that the rear lamps are working well and you are 100% sure there is no electrical fault in that area. So your conclusion (by elimination) is that the electrical fault is on the front wiring of the car.

If that is true you need to:

  • disconnect right front side lights (remember there is a lateral blinking lamp too!)
  • put ignition key ON and turn signal lever ON to the right
  • if the fuse doesn't burn, the lamps are faulty
  • if the fuse burns, the wiring is bad

Looking at your photos I think the wiring is in bad shape. You need to check it for bad isolation.
