Hi @pab567

Is there an update for this? I asked the dealer to update it when I purchased the car in November so I'd be interested in knowing if they did...!

Thanks in advance if you can assist.

For all those who make SW upgrade

1. Do you really need an update? Keep in mind there is ALWAYS a risk of bricking the unit (especially MIB1).

2. Format SD card or USB pendrive under FAT32.

3. Unzip software file to SD card or USB pendrive you prepared, Make sure it is unzipped to root folder - all the folders and metainfo file must be placed directly in the root.

4. Start update via service menu (long press MENU button).

I don't have 0478, only 0475.

Thanks for the file. I unzipped it, all of the contents are on a FAT32 usb stick with nothing else on it, formatted just for this purpose.

I insert it into the car USB port and it knows there's a usb device there, but on the service menu USB is ghosted out, along with SDcard and the other option. Any ideas ?

Ignore my last message, all ok now!

I can't thank you enough, my Skoda Surround and Virtual Subwoofer now work! Amazing! Thanks so so much!!!
