4000k (kelvin) is daylight brightness 

 

So, whatever you choose go 4000k or over

 

I had 4350k in my old O3 TSI Elegance only because they did them in all 3 sizes as I needed for the whole front end lights.

 

I didn't find them any longer in distance but, I finally fitted some 100w H8 (dipped beam) which were longer however, the brightness did help relieve a lot of eye stress
