Fuse for adding interior Led lights

Hi. I'm wanting to add some led lights to illuminate the footwell of my 2016 Fabia Monte Carlo. I can buy strip lights which are powered from a 12v cigarette lighter plug. But the socket on Fabias is always on.

The USB socket comes on when the doors unlock and stay on when the ignition is on (unlike the interior lights that fade out)

Is there a fuse that turns on when the doors are unlocked and stays on until the ignition is off and the doors are locked again? One that is safe to wire an inline fuse to power the Led control unit?
