Just to add my recent experience with them:

Ordered Skoda badges on the 1st of June, dispatched the same day from Czech rep, delivered to Sweden the 5th of June  

Maybe I was too lucky?

I made three orders on Superskoda, all of them came quick within 3 days, no issues at all.

1) for all overseas shipments: due to corona virus, delivery time can be 3-8 weeks, even if we send it with airmail

I'm not hoping for my items in a week I'd like some sort of communication and reassurance that they are dealing with my order I work in retail and I know how much of a delay we have on posting items out but we keep our customers informed it's not to much to ask. Thanks

I think if you've had acknowledgement then you still have hope! Perhaps they are waiting on stock and haven't 'bothered/rememberd' to tell you?

If (Tulseface) spam folder doesn't have missed emails then it could just be a case of poor customer service as it's only just over a week.

 

I think delivery within mainland europe is a lot different to UK items, and probably much worse for awkward items?

My bumper protector was in a massive box, could have got the bumper in it!!

 

I once paid someone with bank transfer BUT to a wrong account number (my fat fingers) and that took time to sort out even though I flagged my error straight away - Oops

Losing patience.

 

Ordered badges 15th May, both items marked in stock. No progress for two weeks. Ask for update, advised one badge not available til end of June despite still being listed as in stock. Fine, I'll wait. End of June rolls around and order still stuck in progress state. Now the first badge is no longer even available on the site and they aren't responding to my requests for an update.

 

Precisely why I paid with paypal.
