Another Dipped Beam Problem

Featured Replies

Hello,

I have a MK1 fabia, 2007, 1.2l Ambiente.

The passenger side dipped beam bulb is not turning on, I have replaced the bulbs and fuses for both (50 and 54) however this has not resolved the problem.

Fog lights, full beam and rear lights all seam to be working so just this one bulb that won’t come one

Does anyone know what the problem might be? Thanks in advance

Check with a multimeter for volts at pin 1 (yellow/black wire) of the 10-way connector (disconnected from light module) relative to pin 10, brown wire, when the dipped beams are turned on.

Does the car have bulb-failure warning system?

I do not have access to a multimeter at the moment, hoping to borrow some diagnostic tools when lockdown ends, no warning system that I am aware of
