This count runs like an advent calendar almost, Ken, in that it stops on the 24th instead of the 25th. As is my understanding of course.

this is the Late Chairman's method.

as soon as the clock passes midnight into a day, the day is effectively gone. 

i pu it down to his train driving training - if you SPAD by 4inches you may as well SPAD by a mile.
