MIB2 was only fitted from production after mid 2015 (my previous March 2015 Octavia had a MIB1 Amundsen).

 

So you have MIB1 Amundsen.

 

Thank you Marky and Dave. Didn't realise space might be an issue (on top of wiring routes) – I do want/need to maintain all the car controls. Much to consider. I'll not be playing my TDK tapes on it that's for sure 😀

I've ripped my cassettes to MP3 and put them onto my iPhone so I can play them at home  (HomePod) and in the car (CarPlay).

 

Getting a MIB2 upgrade from PAB. And must thank paulski (Brighton) for sorting me the VCDS data I needed to make it happen – top chap!
