Skoda fabia 1.2 htp 2008 engine problem?

Hello again,

So in my fabia i got a slight problem... Everything runs as it should, no fault codes or anything, my knowledge cannot detect any other mistake in the engine, but... When the car is at stop, it idles smoothly, but when i hit the gas a bit, and keep it steady, between 1-2 rpm i found out that every few seconds it feels like it might stall, yet its not even close to stalling. Also makes the same noise from the exhaust system as it did when my coil pack was done. (all changed now).. But when I press the gas more, over three rpm, it runs perfectly. 

Also only happens when engine is warm.

Anyone else ever had this problem? Or has the slightest clue what it could be? Everything appreciated!!
