i fiddling about with my 2017 206kw superb.

i'd like to know the actual engine number - can someone help me here?

Here in NZ modifying Superbs is not really a thing so can't seem to find anyone offering bolt on performance parts.

my thinking is that quite a few of the bolt on intake performance parts for Golfs and Seat's etc probably fit my engine and engine bay layout.

has anyone had experiance with this that could offer suggestions on the parts that would fit etc 

open ur driver's door and look on the bottom of the B-pillar......the build plate sticker will tell u wat the engine model/variant is.

in my case, with a 162/220 - its CHHB.

 

or look for the build sticker in the boot, it will tell u this plus a lot more.

 

in ur case, any performance parts for the mk7 Golf R is suited to the Superb 206/280.

Yep that's the EA888 engine and Haldex 4x4 system as per the Golf R (albeit slightly detuned).

 

Most parts designed for the R will fit - but may be worth checking here with each part first.
