This looks like it may be the answer, thank you.

(unlike some of the other insulting numptys).

Cheap enough to give it a try.

I'm not sure anyone was insulting ?!?

We are all here trying to help each other. In fact the only insult was for you to call other (unspecified) forum members/helpers "Numpties".

Apology accepted, we move on.

End of topic?

The OP seems to have a solution that is acceptable.

Such a wierd comment.  Shouldn't you be the one offering an apology rather than the person accepting it?

Having read this thread again, I'm at a loss who those insulting numpties were.

Bit late to this party, but if his car is a 2019 model then it’s likely that it has a MiB2 unit. In which case would’nt there be a SD slot in the glove box next to the one for the Sat Nav?

I know the OP is against the idea of ripping CD’s to a storage device, but I know that I would rather have my 200 + CD’s on a piece of plastic that is the size of a thumbnail as opposed to them sloshing around in the car.

Just came back on this Forum only to say thank you to the chap who advised the £40 Hernido portable CD player with Radio Transmitter.

I cant remember his "handle" but it works perfectly, so thank you, it took along time to get the answer to the problem so if I can help others to easily solve the problem then good.

I will not be reading any of the comments that were left after my last visit to the Forum, and signing off now.

It appears a lot of people out there have time on their hands,I dont so adios.

What a lovely fellow. Always a pleasure to meet such people in life.

No problem.

Hope you enjoy your Karoq

@fsec I realise it's OT but would appreciate some example artistes/tracks please.

My preferred way to play music whilst driving is via a USB stick loaded with hundreds of albums.

I'm also a lover of classical music and often have Classic FM on the radio.

I guess you could also run Spotify via Android Auto or Apple CarPlay.
