I ordered a 110 se in nov for April delivery and don’t see it arriving. Anyone else had a delivery update?

We ordered Dec and delivery was given as July, that’s if we are lucky I recon.

Thanks- I’d actually rather wait til 2023 now- if would then replace my husbands car and I’d just buy my current lease 

This is a replacement for the lease for my wife’s Octavia, at least they have said they will extend the lease if needed.  The only thing she isn’t best pleased on is window winders in the back LOL.  I did say but you won’t be in the back !  It’s across the industry, my mate is a MG dealer and they have apparently 100’s waiting chips.

I’ve heard on grapevine about possible winders in back of my car - poss deal breaker for me with boys who fart!! 🤦‍♀️😹 seriously! I may cancel or wait for electric as in no rush

We just want the Octavia gone.  It’s on its third turbo with 12,000 on the clock on a three year lease.  Lost confidence in it a while ago.

Well the Yeti was absolutely brilliant and the Other car a Kamiq Monte Carlo is too.  You get a duff one every so often, but I believe there were issues with the turbo units across the V.A.G. Group.

Ordered Kamiq in December 21, with expected delivery of April 22 but was told yesterday that Skoda have no idea when it will or can be built.

This doesn’t suprise me at all- I had an email letter that said there are delays and hoping for things to improve later in the year! Didn’t say if or when I could expect a car. I’m past really caring when just need an informed guess is I know what to do- considering buying my current lease but don’t want to dot that only for Skoda to then say car is ready

I ordered my 110 SEL with lots of options  on 15 August and took delivery on 22 December. I must have been lucky.

The German website that tracks VW group deliveries is now showing minimum 7 months for Kamiq, with Monte Carlo extra 2 months (total 9 months).   For the UK need to allow extra 3 weeks for ship transfer from Essen.  So delivery delays have jumped in last few weeks

Shipping is from Emden. I spent quite a lot of time watching departures from Emden on a ship tracker whilst waiting for my Karoq.

Had a call about my wife’s Kamiq order.  Ordered in December and …………………. Not a clue about a build date !

Had same today- ordered nov told April- said today no clue when 

I was at the dealer this morning ( Paris area, France )  and they have received on 31st of march an internal new schedule delays up to 4 months on certain orders ... the boss of the dealership called the customers himself and told me he felt ashamed but there was absolutely nothing he could do.
He also mentioned that some 60K+ cars were delivered with no rear electric windows and no prior notifications ...
It's a hot mess.

Well I ordered it on July 10th 2021 and I just got informed two weeks ago it’s in the production and delivery by the end of may…all extras included. 

But with windy windows?

…or maybe no windows…who knows 🤷🏻‍♂️

I nearly pulled the trigger on a 22 Kamiq but I couldn’t imagine rear manual windows, that’s prehistoric.  In the end I got a 21 plate Monte Carlo WITH rear electric windows..

Granted, this subject can be inflammatory so I probably should have not expressed my opinion so openly BUT nobody can deny the huge detrimental impact it has had on us all.  

 

If your opinion is different then fine, no dramas.

I work in social care and I'm all too aware of the detrimental effect that covid has posed over the last 2+ years. Despite the government pretending its all over, it really isn't

Had a call to say should be receiving the 1.0 TSI SE we ordered in December sometime this month. In the UK already apparently. Suspect reallocation of stock as last update they didn't even have a build date.
