Morning peeps,

would anyone know what size the spline socket is that holds the fuel rail down on top of engine ?? 
changing the inlet manifold motor thing as mine keeps locking up so need to replace it and add that P2015 stop thing too

Not sure on engine code but it’s a 2010 Octavia VRS only had it about 2 weeks 🤣

Don’t really know anything about it 🤣,, just had the P2015 didn’t know what that was until now 

paid £2300 for it with 124k 2010 VRS really nice and tidy just needs a bloody good clean inside 🤣🤣

Thanks mate,,

Did look at them sets but was unsure if any would fit. Looks a big ish spline so I’ve taken pot luck but gone for a big set M10-M18 so hope one of those fits 

Measure with either a drill bit or calipers/rule to see what size it is:

The bolts are listed as M8 x 70 and generally (but not always) the triple square tool is at least 2mm above the bolt size but @Pete_Ex-Wino PDF will point you to the correct size

I will do mate. 
my motor has started to lock up so I’ve purchased a new one £65 with the adapter, delivery hopefully Monday so weekend I’m hoping to do it. I will be completely removing the manifold hopefully to replace and see if it needs a good clean. Have a new gasket and a long reach T30 plus the spline socket so I’ll either fix it or break it 🤣🤣
