Happened to my wife away from home.  I explained over the telephone how to get in and start the car.  If she can do it, anyone can.

    This is not a flippant answer but you need another battery as your replacement one wasn't any good. Lots of threads regarding this on here.

.......... which is why I suggested, many posts ago, that anyone with a kessy Karoq should try a dry run before the poo hit the fan.
