I "think" that will work, but I cannot be 100% so do not want to advise you spend money without being sure.

 

The link you posted is from china, so no real "clear" explanation........

 

this one however is from the UK (I know it's still a chinese product) but you could message the seller to confirm, he does state in description "fit a later unit without replacing the BCM" which is what your doing, worth a message "imo"

Any idea what to search for regarding a bcm for let's say a 2013 fabia 

I think your wiring loom will be very incompatible with such an item.
