Does anyone have an updated logos.afs file for the PID?

Hi, I have a Garmin PID and the logos for my radio are very outdated, with Smooth not having a logo at all and Heart showing as the old Real Radio logo.

Has anyone got the logos.afs file they managed to update before Navigon Fresh was killed off? Or alternatively, could someone with a Navigon device share their file "ApplicationSettings.default" file found in:
MediaPlayer > Settings

As trying to set logos up into a folder doesn't seem to work due to it trying to look at the logos.afs file in the ApplicationSettings.default file.
