Octavia VRS 5e 2015

 

Sorry if this has been done to death my apologies, id like to fit a sat nav to my car an OEM direct replacement would be ideal, does anyone have the parts numbers for a compatible item? Please and thank you

What system do you have at the moment?

As you suspect it's been done to death.

Do a search in this section for mib2 retrofit. That should see you good.

Hi Matt, you probably have MIB2, if you post a pic. of the infotainment head unit, the system can be identified.

Early 2015 models have MIB1 (like my previous Elegance) as the MIB2 came in in mid-2015 - so @matt_jcould have either MIB1 or MIB2 since he says he has a 2015 model.

My 30th June 2015 is MIB2

 

But easy to check, just hold down your menu/setup button for about 10 seconds and enter the engineering menu to locate the Software Train.

IIRC the production change happened in May 2015, my 2015 was 29th April 2015 build date.
