I am after some Swissol products and seeing how much they charge (RRP) in the website for people that don't have a Swissol office in their country, such as Norway, I am meaning to ask the wax wizard (Mark) if he can help me. It is quite ludicrous what the do on the Swissol website. The

Just spoken to Mark, hes on the mend but is taking it easy at the moment. He is away from the office, probably until the weekend when he will catch up with all e-mails etc.

He can ship if required so should as usual be able to put a good deal together for you.

I'm not sure Howard, but I did discover the tub isn't as deep as I assumed it was. Now I can hardly get any wax out as it just crumbles all over the place. I estimate I can do the car only one more time with lots of patience and then its curtains.

Q - try standing the pot in some warm water for a little while before you use it - it will soften the wax and make it easier to get on the applicator.

Now thats a handy tip . Will give that a try next time (tomorrow it will be dirty again )

I would like to extend my thanks to Mark. He is helping me in a way no other at Swissol has offered. This is someone that takes cares of his cutomers. If you ever go for Swissol, talk to Mark, a very big to the wax wizard. I hope you have a good and full recovery.

Q - like Mark, I'm still intrigued how you have got through so much wax. :confused: OTOH, I have romped my way through nearly a whole 5 litres of MultiClean (assisted by Mrs fen!! ). And the shampoo should be good for another few years yet!!

Perhaps Q's been using it for something else......well he's got to "butter up" SWMBO so he can get the remap.
