My Karoq is a 68 plate, and in 2020 I updated the SatNav software using the Skoda update portal. (Amundson Infosystem)

Thinking it was about time to update again, I find that the portal information has changed and I am looking for some guidence.

In 2020 the instruction was to download two map files and install them in the "maps" folder on the SD card. The current info is to reformat the card and then download other files directly onto the root of the SD card.

I have asked Skoda customer support if this would work on my system, but they did not know "Talk to local dealer". Tried that - not much help there either. "Bring it in and we can update it" - not really the reply I was looking for - nor did they quote a price!

Has anyone any words of advice - thanks in anticipation.
