Infotainment Map Update Problem

Featured Replies

Hi All,

Wasn't sure where to post this question so please feel free to move it.

I am attempting to download the circa 27GB update for the Columbus from the update portal here: https://updateportal.skoda-auto.com/en-GB/Updates/TMBBJ7NP0H7023916

I'm currently on my third attempt and each time I try, the download ends at around 17-18GB, when extracted, I get a couple of errors (Unexpected end of data etc.)

My question is, does anyone know of another place I can get a complete copy of the file?

Thanks in advance, any help is apreciated greatly.

Best Regards,

Mark.

I've been downloading from the Skoda Update Portal for the past 6 years - never had any issues with the zip file thus far.

I have an MIB2 Columbus unit, MY17 Superb.

I've just downloaded from the Skoda Update Portal and it worked fine and I now have the 2024 maps.

I thought it may show the default speed limit in Wales as 20 mph, but it still shows 30 mph as for the rest of the UK.
