There's no piping for vehicles without a rear washer, however we keep genuine hose and fittings in stock as we connect the washer on cars with a rear wiper.

I've had the oem camera fitted, it has the pipe for the washer jet, but I only have a straight pipe (no 't' piece to connect it to) connecting to the wiper assembly. Can you help me out with the parts?

With out looking at the size of the pipe I would think its just standard washer pipe, and if so go to your local car spares place and should find they sell "T" pieces, are alternative look on ebay and you should find there

thing is, the water pipe that is attached to the camera has a 3 way connector at the end of it, one male, one female, and one which is possibly female but has a loose red plug in it. I'm thinking that its is something to do with the ability to wash just the camera (theres a button to do that in the camera menu) I'm trying to find the oem part number of the camera they fitted atm, but struggling! I klnow it was an audi part, as i saw the box, but didnt think to get the part number before he buttoned the car back up 🤦‍♂️

@mczakk how did you go about getting the oem camera installed and who installed it? I'm looking at buying an Octavia estate and am based in south wales, so keen to get this done but Bridlington is quite a drive!😅

If your car has a rear washer, and you've got a wash button on screen; the camera is incorrectly coded. The camera will be washed with the rear wiper so there's 0 need for the button. The button is for cars without a rear washer.

If your car doesn't have a rear wiper, then the above part isn't going to work for you as you'll need to run a hose to the washer bottle.

We have them in stock, we can make them to any length. Do you know what length you need?

I used Autologics from Manchester, I'm in Ebbw Vale, and they came to me (on a Sunday!) at no extra cost. They're a bit cagey about fitting the camera with the washer jet, and i think they actually installed the right camera, but with the wrong water pipe., the one i've got is this one: The straight pipe in pics

but the pipe that comes with the one from carsytems is a different one : the coiled one

The straight pipe is too short to reach the junction at the wiper motor, but the coiled one looks too long !🤷‍♂️

The plot thickens!, I discussed this with the tech that installed it, and he said that he could leave the pipe so i've got it, but they would install it as a 'no washer' install, so why do i have the washer button??
I do have the button on the screen (which obviously doesn't work) and will admit that on seeing the funky connector with the odd red bit on the end of the pipe, I  thought that it might be some way of doing the camera washer independently of the rear window.

the second pipe i posted a picture of is the one which comes from carsystems.eu, there are a few different options on their site, but all come with the pipe with oem 565955633J which does not have the funky connector, and seems to be very long from the photos!. I've found a part number for the pipe I've got, its apparently the one in the Audi q5, part number 80A955961A. It's about 2 inches too short!

I'd be grateful for any advice as to which is the correct pipe i need! (My car is a MY23 hatch with rear wash/wipe)
