Hope it doesn't rain! Were out on our bikes tonight and got a bit wet.... and Burrs is only 22 miles away lol- let's hope the weather is a bit different over that way!! We'll be bring waterproofs and a couple of changes of clothes anyway, just to be on the safe side

I cycled down to Burrs today with the kids and it was lovely and sunny. Fingers crossed for more of the same tmrw!

Just washed wheels in the dark (9:45) much to the amusement of the neighbours and I might give the old girl a quick wash before setting off tomorrow.

Okay I have half a keg of yellow hammer and 24 bottles of Thomas Hardy ale. RRP is £4 a bottle for the Hardy (11% and has won beer of the year comp!) and whatever a pint cost these days. Picked up 2 disposable BBQs as well.

I am awake at stupid o'clock in the morning because I was too tired last night to load my the car. Going to be able to take my time and have a lesuirely drive up the M5 to meet Becky and Will at some services somewhere.

I have bathed the dog as she smelled like slurry after last night dog racing competition.

Just got back with wet tent (which is now hung up to dry out in the garage) and a hangover.:(

What a great meet, good turnout, and nice venue. Good to meet some new faces and catch up with some old ones as well.

The drive was excellent even though it was a bit bumpy in places, 3 fs jnr had never been on one before and now he can't wait 'til the next one. :D

A big THANKS to Andy for organizing it all and also to Graham and Col for helping with the drive.

Oh, also thanks to Sarah 'coz it was all her idea in the first place. (think it was just an excuse for a p**s up really )
