Hi, the Karoq seat is ok for short journeys, not so good for longer journeys.  Are Seat Cushions any good? and or any thoughts please. Its an SE L Model, not as good as my Skoda Superb Sports Line Seats!

My family reckon the seats are very comfortable, 6 year old car, used regularly on 5 to 6 hour trips.

A cushion might well help,

like a Sciatica one can help. Just depends, but this one i used for years in various cars that were not mine if i had to do longer journeys. 

Behind for back or to sit on.

What's the issue with it...   Why do you think it's no good?

I and my brother both experience what we call Skoda seat thigh ache, the cure was very cheap and simple - remove all items from back trouser pockets! 

That's probably why my seats are comfortable, never use my back pockets 😁

@Watsons  might return and tell us if not only did he / she change their car but also at that time their trousers / rear pockets normal habit. 

I am hopefully soon chnaging to a LHD Yeti, from a RHD I carry my wallet in my right rear pocket, the drivers seat is unworn on the new vehicle, I have worn through the bolster on my previous RHD Skodas including the current Yeti

 

If I am lucky the change will stop the wear.

Are the seats uncomfortable, or just badly adjusted.

 

Remember cannot move the pedals, but can change just about everything else, so start adjustments from feet upwards, not from bum area.

For me it's the angle of the seat base and that can't be adjusted on the manual seats. I find it too sloping for an SUV with a higher seat position. 

I also use the wedge shaped cushion, on recommendation of my chiropractor. 

I got a 2023 Karoq three weeks ago and the front edge of the drivers seat is very uncomfortable.

The seats are very narrow and I find the foam is too hard and the cloth covering is rough & abrasive causing resulting in sore thigh muscles when pressing pedals.

I am tall, not overweight and normally like firm seats.

Anyone know of a good seat base cover that works ?

Any advice would be appreciated - thanks
