As the title,  how do you set the Nave system to avoid toll roads? 

I live near Birmingham, and we have the M66 toll running through the middle of the area.  As the charge is  £9.90 I want to avoid it but I can't see how to set "avoid Tolls" either in the nave system nor the Škoda Connect App.

Any ideas?
