Skoda Kamiq Monte Carlo Issues

Recently bought a skoda kamiq monte carlo 2021. Love the car! But It does have a couple of software issues.

First of all I cannot become primary user. Tried everything. When pressing unlock with both keys it states every time

'Try again or contact customer services'

Second issue is Error:Dynamic Road Sign Display

Any help would be appreciated. I have messaged customer services via the app. I am still waiting for a reply

Hardware: H22

Software: 0276

Navigation Database: 20.3

Radio Database 1.30.24

It might be that the car is still registered to another account. The dealer is supposed to take care of this. Also, AFAIK, Skoda dealers are supposed to assist with the set-up of the Skoda App and the set-up of the primary user.

As above, I would do a reset to factory settings and start afresh.
