I’ been emailed a 15% off offer for Remote and Infotainment renewal, valid from 11th to 31st August. I think because my car was first regd on 1/9/2023. I was going to renew when they expired in Dec 25 anyway, so now they expire in Dec 2026. £68 instead of £80.

I've just renewed my Care Connect remote access. Doesn't run out til December but thought I'd extend it now and save a fiver (£31 instead of £36)

Same here. They often seem to offer a discount at this time of the year, so my subs have been extended to November 2026. Let's hope the online map updates work this time as my maps still say August 2024!

How do you check online map status/version ?

System information in the Infotainment screen. This is what my Karoq had in July 2025.

My subscription is due to run out first week of October. If I renew it before the end of August to get the 15% discount will it renew when the current one runs out in October or immediately?

Mine was extended for 12 months from the expiry date of Dec 2025, two other posters have had thd same experience.

Mine was the same and I renewed to get the discount. Confirmation message says it would be added on to run consecutively

Thanks to those who replied to my query, purchased today and as said previously it runs from the date the current subscription expires.
