Hi, I'm new here.

I've had a few Skodas in the past and have just acquired a 2015 Estate.

I cannot seem to find options for Bluetooth, am I just being a noob or is their some witchcraft involved to get things working.

Nav is also nit working, seems to be some kind if function called "smartlink" which im guessing is like smart phone mirroring or android auto but again, surprise surprise, not working. Please help.

Might be worth just factory resetting, then set up Bluetooth again

How do I do a reset?

Hold down the power button until the unit powers off and then comes on with the Skoda symbol.

Do as above, then start by zero ... navigation should work regardless of your phone connectivity, so start from there.

Then check your account when the unit/car start up

Then check if the unit can "see" your cellphone when BT is on and is in pairing mode.

All this took me some time to learn .... the manual is your friend, is not that immediate 🙂

OK, Reset has made no difference
