Hi all

I have this phone holder in 2012 Yeti and i don't know what to do with it...
I would like to replace it with something that would enable me to at least charge smartphone and hold it in place there. I don't really want to just remove it and get left with a hole that i would have to put some sticker over.

If you people have any suggestions i would appreciate it.
Thx

That silver trim is almost certainly available new or used somewhere.

It is...
But i was looking for something to replace this holder and not just completely replace the trim.

Here's what I use, it's an articulated strong magnet and there is a plate stuck to the rear of the phone. Easily non permanent fix to any vent. Buy on eBay or Amazon.

Sorry for the crap photo, the light was all wrong and I wasn't going to start and move the car hence my hand as a shade!

I use one of these

suction fitting on the dash-box lid, adds a little weight but still operable. Phone holder sits just over the top right corner of the RH vent. Been there for 2 months and hasn't come loose yet

THB (Bury, it looks like a THB phone mount with the phone adapter removed) do a bluetooth adapter for that type of phone holder, not sure if its still available, worth checking.
