Removing nav map from virtual cockpit

Featured Replies

Hi all,

I traded my 17 plate Fabia mk3 for a 69 plate Superb L&K last week and very happy with it.

However, whilst playing with the inbuilt Navigation, the Nav screen is now showing on the virtual cockpit, which it wasn’t before.

I’ve scrolled through the different views but can’t seem to go back to the blank bit between the dials.

Any help would be appreciated as I like the two dial view shown below, without the Nav map.

Go To Navigation in the Radio, then there is in the top left Change View Map

Press the back button on the RHS of the steering wheel. You can select what to display there.

Perfect! That worked exactly as you said.

Thanks defsix!

You can manage the virtual cockpit view using the buttons on the steering wheel or by accessing the menu from the infotainment unit. Vehicle->Settings->virtual cockpit.

There are something like 5 standard views with different levels of detail.

Then through either menu you can choose what is displayed in the left circle, centre space or right circle.

E.g. speed, gear, fuel economy, cruise control

E.g. Navi map, music, phone etc

I think some of the views automatically configure to show different information when you switch driving mode from eco, normal, sport etc.
