Fabia 2 Cruise Control RetroFit

Featured Replies

Hi all,

I Have a 57 plate skoda fabia 2 1.4 tdi and I am trying to retro fit cruise control. I have attached 6Q1 Bcm. I have ordered the correct stalks with CC and Trip as my current stalks have Trip control. It also comes with a loom to connect the stalks to the BCM which is fine, I know i also need 12V power which is fine. The bit I'm after help with is the ECU pin, I know i need to connect one wire to the ECU pin. Im just wondering if there is any definitive info on which ECU pin it is? I have a BNV engine and also the ECU is a Bosch EDC15P+ it has an 81pin and a 40pin. I also have VCDS to check everything and enable once done. Just really hoping someone can help with the pin number for ecu.

Thanks in advance for any help!

I know @Tech1e is the main man on this, any help would be unreal. Thank you!

Thanks tech1e, I fitted it today and it is all working! The only thing is the cruise light, is there a way to enable the cruise light on the dash after the upgrade? Or is it just that my cluster doesn't support it?

Thanks!

Not on a prefaclift. Even factory systems didn't.

The MK1 didn't, and it is a carry-over system.
