Thanks for the list Eddie. Didn't realise that the Mitsubishis had 3yr u/l, better check them out, although their diesel range doesn't exactly inspire me. Ihave a feeling the list may be incorrect, as Jag and BM ain't on there, but at least it give me a starting place of sites to look at.

L200? Admittedly very agricultural, but could bring some cost savings depending on how much tax you'd pay on a car... :D

Very true....

L200's are very very thirsty on the motorway though (well, the older shape was, anyway).

Big vehicles with big engines...it's inevitable really!

Yeah I noticed the list seemed to have a few discrepencies but as you say it gives you something to go on.

Toyota offer you the option to extend the warranty (don't think it is quite a comprehensive as manufacturers one though) once you have reached the 60,000 miles limit which might work out cheaper than buying a Merc! Assuming you had a car between 1.4 and 2.2 for unlimted mileage it would be
