Just wondering if anyone could assist. I have a Octavia VRS on a 51 plate and recently someone has clouted the drivers side mirror completely smashing the thing to bits to the cost of

blue i think is from VW and Audi models, although there may have been some skodas with this (possibly the L&K).

My 54 plate vrs has blue tinted mirrors

so does my 05 plate Vrs

Definate blue tint on my 54 plate, was very obviously tinted after my 1.6 Ambiente Octy.

Mine's an Irish 2002 vRS and most definitely blue tinted.

I was beginning to think that everyone had gotten xeons when looking behind me.

I have had this problem. One of mine was blue and one was normal when I got the car, I went to get a blue and had to argue with the parts man that they came blue! Eventually he found a listing for one in his computer, he said it was right at the bottom of the list where they would not normally need to look so it may be worth telling your parts guy that!

Both my mirrors are tinted blue. When I got the car only the drivers side was blue. Passenger side was clear & unheated. Took it to the dealers & they replaced it with a blue tinted one. The glass cost me

i've used these people for brake discs and pads for my octavia and my alfa, and can highly reccomend them, with very quick and accurate delivery of order.

The ones on the Elegance and not blue but are heated

Early vRS's had clear heated glass mirrors, but from MY02 onwards they were fitted with blue tint heated mirrors. The non tinted ones are for MY01 cars only, but will fit later cars and look odd. Basically, if you have a flip key the mirror should be tinted.

Ive got blue on passengers side and clear on drivers side in my vRS so looks like some pikey replaced the driver with the wrong one. Oh well

Defo Blue tint not smoked.

I believe the blue mirrors are anti-dazzle.
