All have now returned safely without any incidents but I think I can safely say that we all had a great time.

For those that are interested, keep an eye out for threads relating to this visit over the next few days as there is a piccy collection approaching 1,000 and several awesome video clips.

Keep an eye out for video clips of the journey down, Shifty's several burnout runs on the runway (he's an absolute barn pot!) and the 2.0l Fabia Video threads all to be posted very soon.

Without drawing the story out too much, it basically boiled down to the fiasco in getting the keys for the appartment which didn't turn up until 11:00pm :eek: and then the debacle of paying (they would accept payment in cash (EUR) or credit card but not a combination of both ).

By the time all that had been sorted it was gone midnight but the cheeky bar steward still had the nerve to ask for a breakage waiver deposit!. By this time we had all had enough and wanted to go to sleep so I basically told him he could shove his deposit where the sun don't shine and to coin a phrase "furk orf". :D

I escorted said operative from the apartment for his own safety and well being, poor s0d was shaking like a puppy dog ****t1ng.

Mind you I don't blame him, Mr Fish did have the right ump not to mention that he'd already clocked Des and Dave U looking very quiet in the background.
